Back Pain
How to take the journey away from persisting back pain and stiffness, avoiding continuous pills or risky surgery – and there is no need to see your GP first!
Back Pain
This is the number one reason people visit our clinic, and the mostly costly health problem in our modern society with people having to take time off work. In most cases back pain does not have a concerning cause, but this is the first thing we figure out for you. The next thing, is work out is how long it will last, or the case of many patients seeing us, why it hasn’t resolved yet, when everything they’ve read said it would. That’s where speaking to one of our team comes in, as we’ll look at everything we can see that is influencing your particular presentation of back pain.
Some of the causes why the back gets sore is because of a sprain on one of the structures in the spine, an overstrain by a repetitive movement or a sustained posture. What can contribute to the sensitivity can often involve other areas of what makes us sensitivity of the back, like how much sleep you’re getting or how much stress is going on in your life at the time of feeling back pain. We dissect this my making a thorough assessment and listening to your own story.
We’ve invested a lot of time and energy into working out how we can get people feeling confident around their back, and stay that way for the future. You are in safe hands if you’re ready to book now.
If you’re uncertain if we can help, then we have two options for you to either come in to meet us or have a phone call first.

Testimonials
Get to know about us from our customers
“I had a complicated history of back and hip pain, that was initially thought to be requiring a hip replacement. I went on to see two specialists, and they actually recommended physiotherapy. I was advised to come to The Wimborne Clinic, after suffering with continued restrictions to my daily activities. The professional reception the clinic offers and then the treatment which got to the root of the problem and got me back to being active.”
