For the task I charged you with - facilitating an anxiety-free build-up to the holiday, journey and arrival - I am pleased to report that I followed instructions to the letter and you scored 100%. If anything, I was a bit too relaxed!!!!
I have known Richard for some time and find him very professional and caring. He is very easy to talk to and will listen to what you have to say when I have to go to see him he is friendly and chatty and just a very nice man doing an excellent job.
I am no longer a smoker. The hypnosis gave me the belief I could control the desire to smoke.
Our elderly mother, who has Parkinsons has benefited greatly from the treatment and practical advice received at home. She looks forward to her treatments(from Meryl) which are professional, friendly and caring . We could not ask for more.
I was referred (by BUPA) to the Wimborne Clinic following a brain haemorrhage. With Meryl Goddard as my physio and Margo Stephens as my speech therapist, my progress has described by my Consultant as ‘remarkable’ and by my GP as ‘brilliant’. Without them I wouldn't be where I am today.

Counselling - Susan Lane
What is Counselling?
Sometimes life throws things at us that perhaps we need a little help and support with. We can hold on to repressed and un-dealt with events and traumas from the past that lay stagnant and hold us back leaving us feeling jumbled up and possibly unable to cope with everyday situations. People that seek counselling may not always be aware of what is wrong, it may just be that something doesn’t feel right and they need a safe place in which to explore and unravel their thoughts, feelings and emotions. Likewise, people may know exactly what it is that is upsetting them and need to speak to a third, impartial party and know that it will be in the strictest of confidence in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Some problems lay in the past and others are very much in the present so therefore I use an eclectic mix of proven therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Client Centred Therapy incorporating techniques such as NLP (Nero-Linguistic Programming) & assessment for PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder). I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals can express their feelings and emotions without expectations of what is right and wrong. All sessions will be up-held in the strictest of confidence and provide the three main core conditions of empathy, honesty and warmth establishing a mutually respectable relationship between myself and my client.
All sessions will work within the boundaries of the National Counselling Society Code of Ethics including confidential, regular supervision sessions.
Counselling can benefit anybody and everybody so if you feel you need some support or that you can benefit from any of the above, then please call and arrange a consultation with me, Sue Lane, on 01202 841000. All appointments are for 50 minutes and any subsequent course of therapy will be regularly assessed to ensure that the client is comfortable and satisfied with the content of the sessions.
Sue provides Counselling & Psychotherapy in a safe, non-judgemental environment using an eclectic mix of proven therapies which include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), REBT (Rational Emotive Therapy) & EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) combined together with aspects of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming).
